How do I become a provider?

Sign up on the provider app with your phone number. We send you a one-time code.

Then tell us about your business and the services you offer. Set the areas you cover and the hours you work. Ayika only sends you requests that fit.

You choose which requests to accept. You are never matched to your own request.

You can also send in an ID document to be verified. Only Ayika staff can see it. In some markets verification is required before you get offers, and the verification topic explains it.

Add your bank details to get paid. Your earnings are paid out to that account.

Before offers can reach you

Ayika checks that all of these are in place. The Jobs page tells you which one is missing.

  • You have added at least one service area.
  • You have set working hours. Offers only come at times your hours are open, including for jobs needed now.
  • You are online. You can go offline from the Home page when you do not want jobs.
  • You have a live service. A new service takes a short while to be set up, and it is sometimes reviewed first. A service that fits nothing Ayika offers yet will not get offers.
  • Your account is not suspended or paused.

How you get paid

When a customer books you, they pay a commitment fee. Your share is released when you tap "on my way". If the customer pays for the work by card, the money is held until the job is complete and then released. If they pay you directly, you confirm it.

Earnings sit in your available balance until you withdraw them to your bank account. The payments and fees topics give the amounts and the rules on owing Ayika.

Your standing

Ayika watches how often you accept, cancel and finish jobs, how fast you reply and your ratings. A better record puts you higher when offers go out. New providers start at the average. These numbers never suspend anyone automatically.
